When we began our journey of building on our existing lake lot, we talked with several design/build firms and finally chose Keuler due to the past work we had witnessed in our original home community and in what they had built with other lake properties. The team really listened to what we wanted in a home and produced an incredibly thorough proposal with appropriate allowances to accommodate our needs. The team worked with us on the design, and we couldn’t be happier with the end product – truly maximizing the space and views of the water utilizing very high-quality materials. The subcontractors that Keuler utilizes are top notch and worked very hard to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Keuler has enough building experience/expertise in their history to thoughtfully assist throughout the design/build process. Any issues that have arisen since we moved in have been addressed promptly. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful home!!!!

Building a custom home is no small feat and choosing WHO is going to build that home is the most important decision you can make. We were fortunate enough to work with Keuler Fine Homes on the design and construction of our new home and could not be happier. As first time custom builders we were not sure how to start the process of going from “dream” to “reality”. Keuler Fine Homes was there with us every single step. The team is not only extremely talented and knowledgeable, but they are meticulous with details. From the organization in their office of vendor information, purchasing orders etc. to the on-site attention to detail – nothing was missed. When you build a home you spend a lot of time with the builder and we can honestly say that we made the best decision by working with Keuler Fine Homes. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Our experience with Keuler in 2014 was our first time building a home. We had heard horror stories about home builders in the past, so we approached it with a sense of skepticism.

Having gone through the entire experience, we couldn’t be happier with the choice we made. Michele and Willy helped us through the design phase of the process and kept us informed of work plans. Dave was great as the foreman on site. He was always available to discuss our questions and did a great job ensuring all the subcontractor work went as planned.

Perhaps the best example of our satisfaction is that when our house was severely damaged in a hail storm three years after it was built, we went back to Keuler to have them coordinate the large scale repairs needed. They continue to be available to us as a resource well after building the house.

Many people say they would not build another house after they go through it the first time. I definitely would do it again, but only if we worked with Michele and Willy.

We interviewed many area builders and decided to go with Keuler Fine Homes for two reasons. Their pricing was less than the others and they came to our first interview with stacks of magazines illustrating ideas they had specific to our project. They were the only builders who were interested in our design (Chicago architect) from the beginning. Every step of the process was not only stress free (as stress free as building an expensive house can be!) but fun! Certain aspects of the house were not completely conceptualized and Willy worked diligently with our architect to produce something that was unique and matched the style of the house (i.e. floating staircase).

In the end, we went over budget, as anyone who custom builds a home would tell you. There are too many great products out there! But Willy and Michele always tried to keep us on budget the whole way, and let us know when we picked something above our allowances. They continue to be available when issues arise with the house, and are always helping to rectify any problems that occur, above and beyond what any there builder would do. It was a fun experience and I would build with them again in a heartbeat!

Not only are they dedicated to what they do but they are there for you at all times of need. If I had to call for anything, they were there, the day of, or the next day. We never had to wait for any repairs, done. Their dedication is unlimited. They will do what ever it takes to make the customer happy and your home perfect, just as you want it.

The construction of our lovely home, was better than perfect. The insulation was done so well, our heating costs dropped to half. Our home was finished, on the date they promised and that was wonderful. We did not wait for anything. If Willy said it would be, it was!

We are dedicated to this, more than TOP CLASS CO., in every way. They are good, honest people and a GREAT TEAM!

When going through the building process we interviewed four builders, we had picked them through prior parade homes we had visited and their reputation on the street. Keuler was the last company we had met with. What we liked about dealing with Willy and his crew was that they listened. It took us weeks to finalize the plans and every time they took them back to the architect, no one ever made us feel like we were being rushed into accepting what was in front of us. After we had the plans Willy walked us through the next steps and it was painless, this was our first time building a home so we were flying blind. The home turned out great and probably the most important and impressive part was the service after the home was finished. We has some minor things here and there, Willy, Dave and Bart handled them quickly and professionally with no excuses. Our home is four years old now and Keuler Construction has still satisfied any issued we have had way beyond the standard warranty period. In our opinion you will not go wrong having Keuler Construction build you a cottage or a castle.

Over three years ago my wife, a real estate agent, showed the model at Seminole Prairie Condominiums to a perspective client. After seeing this unit she came home and said we need to consider buying one ourselved. She described it as ‘the best product in the Madison condo market’. Since moving into our new condo home in February 2005 we couldn’t be happier. The design and quality of the condo wuch as spacious room sizes, complete finishing on both levels, custom cabinetry, and screenporch are wonderful. All the staff at Keuler Construction including their sub-contractors have been vert easy to deal with during construction and all issues taken care of promptly after we moved in.

We chose Keuler Construction to design and build our moderate-sized custom 3 BR/3 BA ranch after a fruitless search of existing and newly constructed homes Keuler’s construction quality and attention to details was unsurpassed by other high quality builders. Examples of Keuler’s high building standards were: exquisite cabinetry, all copper plumbing (except drains), full nine foot ceilings on the lower level, no shoe molding, and integrated multi-zone in-floor heating and HVAC.

Willy and architect Kevin Blum designed a Prairie-style home meeting our expectations for spaciousness, lots of natural light, and high end upgrades while also meeting rigorous Homeowner Association restrictions. Other quality builders submitted bids, but Keuler offered the most value and cost confidence backed by subcontractor bids, not estimates. Our experiences during construction were equally rewarding. Keuler’s subcontractors not only have the highest workmanship standards, they were always accessible to us for option selection and guidance on-site. Whenever we had a concern, Dave or Bart would respond promptly and always provided satisfactory resolutions. Everything went according to schedule and we were in our new home 6 months after construction started. Keuler has honored all first year warrantee issued satisfactory without question or delay.
